Mindful Moment

Happy first Mindful Moment of 2020 Eldorado!  Hopefully everyone had some time to practice their breathing and mindfulness over the break.  Keep building on the length of time that you practice your mindfulness this weekend, such as taking 5 deep breathes on Saturday, and 6 deep breathes Sunday.
