Eaglettes

Attention girls in grades 6-8!  If you enjoy fitness, dance, yoga, running, and learning about nutrition ...then come on out to the Eaglettes!  This club will be designed to improve your overall fitness level, self esteem and passion for a healthy active lifestyle.  We will do a variety of different workouts each week and have some focus sessions on nutrition, inspirational videos, and goal setting.  We will track our progress as we make our way throughout the year! Our goal as a club is to be able to complete a 5km running race! We will be meeting on DAY 1 and DAY 4 during second nutrition break.  You can do it :)  Staff welcome!
