Mindful Moment

Happy Friday Eagles!  It is Mindful Moment day again! Today, during our Mindful Moment, imagine that your belly is a balloon.  As you breathe in, imagine that the balloon is filling with air.  As your breathe out, imagine your balloon emptying out.  Try this three times.
